Put WooCommerce back in order. Without starting over.
When a shop moves beyond standard solutions, I work on the system as it operates: commercial rules, purchasing flows, integrations and day-to-day operations.
The problem rarely lives in one place.
A visible checkout error may start much earlier. I follow the complete flow so an isolated fix does not simply move the problem elsewhere.
-
Checkout and payments
Errors, inconsistent order states and behaviour changing across payment methods or customer types.
-
Shipping and tax
Rules that do not correctly cover zones, products, thresholds, exemptions or real operating conditions.
-
B2B, roles and pricing
Prices, permissions and purchasing paths that need to vary without becoming unmanageable exceptions.
-
Performance and integrations
Plugins, APIs and customisations introducing slowness, conflicts or dependencies that are difficult to maintain.
Not one plugin. The system around it.
WooCommerce remains the foundation when it is the right one. The intervention considers experience, commercial logic and administration together.
- Transaction
- Cart, checkout, payments, order creation and status transitions.
- Commercial rules
- B2B and B2C, roles, pricing, visibility, tax and differentiated conditions.
- Logistics
- Methods, zones and shipping logic built around the cases the business actually serves.
- Extensions and connections
- Plugins, APIs, agent systems and custom development assessed as parts of one architecture.
Repair without losing the context.
The work follows a verifiable sequence. The broadest solution is not automatically the best one.
- 01
Reproduce
Rebuild the flow and the conditions under which the issue appears.
- 02
Isolate
Separate cause, symptoms and dependencies before modifying the system.
- 03
Correct
Apply the smallest intervention capable of solving the issue reliably.
- 04
Verify
Test the primary flow and relevant edge cases before release.
Own the problem. Do not accumulate patches.
WooCommerce Rescue is not a generic maintenance package and does not begin with a list of plugins to install. It begins with a failure, a constraint or commercial logic the current system cannot handle well.
I may correct, consolidate or build a custom part. If the platform needs rethinking, that decision comes after identifying what is worth preserving and what is not.
Diagnosis / Repair / Custom development
WooCommerce adapted to a real B2B and B2C business.
For Goldwave, I kept WooCommerce as the foundation and rebuilt the system around commercial processes more involved than a standard online shop.
- Professional registration and approval
- Differentiated roles, pricing and visibility
- B2B ordering, sales agents and fiscal rules
Features are described at a general level. Data, backend screens and commercial terms remain excluded.
